Simon’s interests are London's history, industrial archaeology, archaeology of the medieval church & marine archaeology of the River Thames, art, photography and writing. He also loves to meet new people and to share his passions with anyone interested in discovering more about London’s past.

Simon has studied London’s history extensively and has received numerous awards and qualifications such as a diploma in London History from Birkbeck University, and numerous certificates from City University including archaeology, industrial archaeology and guiding.
